Howard P. Graham, P.E.
Howard founded Access Structures after nearly 30 years designing and scaling catheter technologies for industry leaders including Guidant, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic. Throughout his career he has developed multiple patented catheter technologies, led engineering organizations, and transferred complex products from R&D into high-volume manufacturing.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Howard holds seven U.S. and international patents and founded Access Structures to provide OEMs with a manufacturing partner led by someone who has designed, validated, and successfully scaled catheter technologies from concept to production.
Engineering
Garrett Graham
Garrett combines medical device experience with aerospace engineering discipline, bringing precision and rigorous design practices to every client program. Before returning to Access Structures, he designed next-generation helmet-mounted display systems for military aircraft at Collins Aerospace and is the named inventor on two U.S. patents.
At Access Structures, Garrett focuses on product development, process optimization, and manufacturing solutions that deliver robust, manufacturable catheter-based devices while maintaining the tight tolerances demanded by minimally invasive applications.
Christopher Noah Phillips
Noah combines mechanical engineering expertise with nearly a decade of leadership as a Marine Raider in U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations. His experience leading complex, mission-critical operations translates directly into disciplined project execution, technical problem-solving, and dependable communication.
At Access Structures, Noah helps ensure engineering projects stay organized, responsive, and focused on delivering reliable results under demanding timelines.

Heidi Mullins
Heidi brings more than 30 years of medical device manufacturing leadership, specializing in high-volume production of Class III devices including guidewires, balloon catheters, and angioplasty systems. Throughout her career she has implemented Lean Manufacturing practices that significantly improved throughput and operational efficiency.
At Access Structures, Heidi ensures client programs move through manufacturing efficiently while maintaining the quality and consistency expected for medical device production.

Alicia Phillips
Alicia has spent more than a decade building and leading Quality Management Systems for medical device manufacturers. She has taken several companies from zero to ISO 13485 certification and supported regulatory submissions for both U.S. and international markets.
At Access Structures, Alicia oversees our Quality Management System, ensuring every project is supported by robust processes and consistent quality standards.
